A simple list of our upcoming productions, and the performance dates as well as some basic information. Information on how to buy tickets will be available closer to the dates.

The majority of our plays are performed in our very own acting space, The Salterton Playhouse. If you wish to get involved in any of the upcoming productions please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The team are down at the Playhouse most weeks - if you can help with anything from carpentry to a bit of painting or holding a ladder, we will reward you with tea, biscuits and thanks.

There is also a decorating team that often do Wednesday mornings - so if that suits you better please let us know.

Auditions for our March 2020 production.

Production dates 2nd - 7th March.

A classic horror tale which has recently been adapted for the screen.

If you are unable to attend the read through but would like a copy of the script ahead of auditions, please contact us.

A chilling and mystifying study in mounting terror in which a small group of psychically receptive people are brought together in Hill House, a brooding, mid-Victorian mansion known as a place of evil and contained ill will. Led by the learned Dr Montague, who is conducting research into supernatural phenomena, the visitors have come to probe the secrets of the old house and draw forth the mysterious powers which it is alleged to possess - powers which have brought madness and death to those who have lived there in the past.

A fun social afternoon playing Beetle Drive with fresh cream cakes being served.

A great chance to meet and socialiase with club members.

No need to book, just come on down to the Playhouse.

It is Christmas Eve in the home of Neville and Belinda Bunker. Belinda's sister Rachel is waiting for her friend, novelist Clive, to arrive for a few days. Heavily pregnant Pattie and her husband Eddie are at loggerheads while in the kitchen Auntie Phyllis's efforts to prepare the dinner are hampered by her drunken and clumsy antics. Her doctor husband Bernard's seasonal highlight is his puppet theatre entertainment and retired security guard Uncle Harvey has a rather unseasonal stash of weapons with him……

Mayhem is quickly unleashed leading to a romantic tryst, an unforgettable puppet show and maybe even a murder ……. Come and watch this comedy festive classic unravel!!!
