Director's Notes
This was my first attempt at directing a play, and I would like to thank Penny who stepped in and Co-Directed with me when my training wheels fell off!
I'd also like to thank the cast and crew who pulled together to make this whole production arise, from what was a solitary script.
I've enjoyed Agatha Christie's characters, from the clever controlling matriarch to feisty Henrietta, and the Inspector who carefully unpeeled away the plot.
It's been emotional! I wonder if they will ever let me direct again??!

Chairman's Notes
Welcome back to the Salterton Playhouse for the first time in 2022, and for many of you the first time ever. This is only our second production back post-Covid, so we were keen to bring you something thrilling and that allowed as many members as possible to be involved (after all we have missed performing for you). What better way to do that than with a play from the queen of crime - Agatha Christie.
Long time member Steve Clark was finally ready to turn his hand to directing, and it was a pleasure to co-direct this production with him to help him get to grips with being on the other side of the stage.
Hopefully you can see how much fun we have putting on our productions, and may even consider joining us. Membership comes at the bargain price of just £15 a year (couples £25), and you would be warmly welcomed to our fun and friendly group. There are so many different things to get involved with, not just treading the boards, so please do speak to myself of one of the front of house team if you would like to know more. Alternatively, head over to our website to download a membership form.
Thank you to all of the phenomenal team who worked so hard to pull this production together. I think you will all agree that it looks fantastic and I look forward to seeing your reviews on our Facebook page.
For those of you joining us in the audience for the first time, I hope we impress you enough to come back in June.
But for now, can you guess whodunnit?
